Remember the video that BET showed during the Inauguration festivities? The video has become one of the most wildly popular ever, averaging nearly 100,000 hits per day on YouTube since the Inauguration. Prolife organization Fidelis wanted to buy air time from NBC for this same commercial during this weekend’s Super Bowl.

Nope, said NBC officials. “We do not allow political or issue advocacy advertisements,” they told Fidelis. They were willing to air a commercial from a genuine advocacy group, PETA, if the sexual content of the ad were toned down…

But, then, PETA isn’t opposing liberal culture’s sacred cow of the “right to choose.”
